Yesterday I listed an old string holder.  The string holder was use in the general store.  I remember years ago the string holder was also used in the bakery.  When you would purchase a cake, they would box the cake and then wrap string around the box to keep it closed.  At that time there were no plastic containers.

This auction is for a old child's wooden chair with layers of paint.  It has nicks & dings and shows years of use.

 This auction is for the old wood box and a vintage oil lamp.  The lamp has been painted.  The box has its original patina and all the nicks and dings that comes with age & use.   It hangs on the wall for a nice grouping in any room

This auction is for a painted bureau box with a flip top and 4 pull out drawers.  It is hand crafted.

 

This auction is for the grouping including the shelf wooden painted bowl and the battery candle & wood candle holder.
